About the Role
The Community & Growth Operations Specialist will support Edvento’s community growth, communication, website operations, ambassador coordination, content organization, and user engagement activities.
This is not only a social media role. The position combines community communication, platform support, website content operations, ambassador and influencer coordination, user feedback collection, bug-report follow-up, event support, and growth-focused communication.
The main goal of this role is to help Edvento stay active, visible, organized, and connected with teachers, students, ambassadors, and educational communities.
Main Responsibilities
1. Community Growth
You will help Edvento reach more teachers, students, tutors, schools, and educational communities.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting the growth of Edvento’s teacher and student community
Introducing Edvento to educators, student groups, tutors, and learning communities
Encouraging teachers and students to explore the platform
Helping new users understand how Edvento works
Supporting campaigns that increase registrations and active platform use
Building positive communication with users and potential supporters
2. Communication & Content
You will help keep Edvento’s public communication active and professional.
Responsibilities may include:
Preparing short announcements, posts, captions, and updates
Supporting LinkedIn, WhatsApp Channel, Instagram, and other communication channels
Sharing platform updates, events, new features, and community news
Helping prepare weekly communication materials
Writing simple, clear, and professional messages for teachers and students
Supporting multilingual content when needed
Maintaining Edvento’s tone: educational, professional, positive, and inspiring
3. Website Operations Support
You will help keep website-related communication and operational content organized.
Responsibilities may include:
Checking website sections that need regular updates
Supporting the Events section and public announcements
Helping organize FAQ content and user guidance
Collecting user questions and reporting common problems
Supporting bug-report follow-up and organizing user feedback
Helping ensure published information is accurate, clear, and professional
Edvento’s administration system includes tools for user communication, event approval, ambassador management, activity oversight, and bug-report management, so this role may involve supporting these operational workflows under supervision.
4. Teacher Ambassador & Influencer Support
You will help coordinate communication with Edvento ambassadors, active teachers, and educational influencers.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting Edvento Ambassador communication
Helping ambassadors prepare or report events, seminars, and promotional activities
Following up on ambassador activity and visibility
Supporting teacher-led demonstrations and community events
Helping collect event information, images, links, and descriptions
Coordinating with influencers or educators who introduce Edvento to their audiences
The Edvento Ambassador Program is designed around professional educators who promote Edvento, organize seminars, support community growth, and contribute ideas for platform development.
5. User Feedback and Platform Improvement
You will act as a bridge between Edvento users and the platform team.
Responsibilities may include:
Collecting feedback from teachers, students, ambassadors, and users
Organizing bug reports and improvement suggestions
Identifying repeated user questions or difficulties
Helping the team understand what users need
Supporting continuous improvement of Edvento’s public communication and user experience
