EDVENTO AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
The Edvento Ambassador Program is established to develop a selective network of professional educators who actively promote Edvento, represent its values, and contribute to its continuous growth and improvement.
1. Vision and Purpose
Ambassadors act as recognized regional representatives of Edvento. They demonstrate the platform’s functionality through structured seminars, support community growth, and contribute ideas that help shape the future direction of the project.
The program is built on accountability, measurable impact, and professional integrity.
2. Program Structure and Capacity
The program is limited to a maximum of 10 active ambassadors per calendar year. Ambassador positions may reopen in cases of resignation, promotion, or removal due to inactivity or non-compliance.
3. Eligibility and Selection
Candidates must demonstrate:
Selection is conducted by the Edvento leadership team based on documented experience, growth potential, and strategic alignment. Ambassadorship is not automatic; it is granted based on merit and institutional need.
4. Responsibilities and Activity Requirements
Each Ambassador must:
- Conduct a minimum of one official Edvento seminar per month
- Ensure each seminar includes at least 20 verified participants (online or face-to-face)
- Ensure each seminar lasts a minimum of 30 minutes
Seminars must focus exclusively on Edvento and its functions. If participant numbers significantly exceed 20, multiple sessions are recommended to preserve quality and engagement.
5. Documentation and Public Communication
Within 10 days after each seminar, the Ambassador must:
-
Publish an official event post using the approved Edvento template
-
Include essential event details and visual verification
Activities not properly documented within the required timeframe will not be considered valid for impact evaluation. All public communication must follow established brand and content guidelines.
6. Performance Evaluation and Impact Metrics
Ambassador performance is evaluated using measurable criteria, including:
-
Number of verified seminars delivered
-
Total participant reach
-
Growth in new Edvento registrations generated
-
Social media visibility and engagement
-
Initiative and constructive contribution to platform development
Promotion to Regional Coordinator status may be granted based on sustained and measurable impact.
7. Inactivity and Status Review
If an Ambassador conducts no verified seminar activity for six consecutive months:
- A formal notification will be issued
- A one-month probation period will begin
- If no qualifying seminar is completed during probation, ambassadorship will be revoked
Upon revocation, the Ambassador badge will remain visible but change color to indicate former status.
8. Privileges and Benefits
"Ambassadors serve not only as promoters but also as contributors to the strategic evolution of Edvento."
9. Advancement and Leadership Path
After completing one full year of active service with verified impact, an Ambassador may be considered for promotion to Regional Coordinator.
Regional Coordinators may:
- Support and guide ambassadors within their region
- Participate in strategic planning discussions
- Contribute to governance and growth decisions
Advancement is based on measurable performance and leadership capacity.
10. Governance and Authority
Ambassadors represent Edvento in a professional capacity. Edvento leadership reserves the right to suspend or revoke ambassadorship if conduct, communication, or representation is deemed inconsistent with the platform’s standards or mission.
All decisions regarding appointment, promotion, and termination are made at the discretion of Edvento leadership.
