Edvento is an education-focused digital platform designed to support teachers with effective assessment, classroom engagement, and learning analytics tools.
It enables educators from all subjects to create their own activities, quizzes, and classes, assign tasks to students, and monitor learning progress in a safe and controlled environment.
Edvento does not provide pre-made subject content. Instead, it empowers teachers to design learning experiences aligned with their own curricula, objectives, and teaching styles.
By integrating modern technologies such as AI-compatible data input and real-time progress tracking, Edvento simplifies classroom workflows and saves valuable teaching time.
Built with child protection principles at its core, Edvento clearly separates teacher and student roles, ensuring a secure, school-appropriate digital space focused on learning rather than social interaction.
Why Edvento?
Edvento was developed on the foundation of years of professional experience. Before creating it, we spent a full 12 years examining various educational tools, carefully analyzing their strengths and weaknesses. Our founder, Mr. Vali Aliyev, applied these tools in his own classrooms during his teaching career. Later, while working as a trainer, he supported other secondary school teachers in adopting and implementing these tools effectively. Throughout this process, it became clear that no single tool was perfect on its own. Each had limitations, and none fully met the comprehensive needs of a productive and demanding teacher. When integrating the features now available on the platform, he relied on the practical experience gained over those years as his guiding principle.
In short, Edvento is a unique and complementary concept that does not resemble any of its predecessors. Our primary objective is to ensure that users do not need to rely on multiple platforms and can manage all their tasks through a single system.
Edvento does not claim that it has fully achieved this goal, nor does it present such an ambition. What matters to us is how useful we can be to you. Edvento does not provide information; it provides tools. Each subject teacher uses these tools according to their own needs and objectives. When users encounter challenges, they share their experiences with us. In this way, Edvento evolves together with its users, developing in response to their needs. The ambassador model offered by Edvento gives users the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on the platform’s history and to contribute meaningfully to shaping its future development.

Built for the AI-Driven Era of Education
Today, teachers increasingly rely on AI tools to generate questions based on learning objectives and teaching materials. While question generation has become fast and efficient, transferring those questions into quiz platforms often remains slow and repetitive.
Edvento addresses this challenge through CSV-based data input. Teachers can upload questions in CSV format, allowing the system to instantly interpret the data and generate quizzes or activities within seconds.
One Comprehensive Platform Instead of Multiple Subscriptions
Many educational platforms offer only a limited set of tools, with additional features locked behind separate paid plans. Edvento is designed as an all-in-one solution. It brings together a wide range of assessment, activity creation, and classroom engagement tools within a single platform.
Integrated Class Management and Assessment
On many platforms, activity creation and class management are separated. Edvento integrates class creation, task assignment, quiz development, and progress tracking in one place. Teachers can create activities, assign them directly to their classes, and monitor student learning progress without relying on external platforms.
Respect for Intellectual Property
Some platforms automatically make user-created content public. Edvento respects teachers’ ownership of their materials. Users can choose whether to share their tasks publicly to showcase their work or keep them private for use only with their own students.
Child Protection
Edvento is not a social media platform. It is a school-focused educational environment designed with safeguarding and child protection as core principles. Students are a sensitive user group, and the platform is structured accordingly.
Membership Types
Teacher/Educator
Teacher accounts have full functionality. Teachers can create and manage classes, invite students via secure links or class codes, assign tasks and quizzes, reuse existing questions, communicate with other educators, monitor student activity, and use real profile photos within the system.
Student/Learner
Student accounts are intentionally restricted. Students can only join classes created by teachers, receive assignments and notifications, and complete tasks to earn experience points. They cannot create content, message users, or upload real profile photos (predefined icons only).
User Experience and Platform Structure
1. Public Area
When a new user enters Edvento, only the public area is visible. This section is accessible to everyone and provides a clear overview before registration. Visitors can explore popular quizzes, see active teachers, and review available activities.
2. Role-Specific Dashboards
After registration, users are directed to role-specific dashboards. The Teacher Dashboard provides a data-driven overview of classes. The Student Dashboard presents a simplified interface focused on assigned tasks, ensuring a safe and learning-focused experience.
Simple by Design
Edvento is intentionally designed to be simple and intuitive. The platform does not rely on lengthy written manuals. Instead, users can quickly understand how to use Edvento through clear interfaces. To support onboarding, Edvento provides weekly demo videos in the Announcements section.
