We Are Looking for an Education Partnerships Specialist for Edvento
Edvento is preparing for the next stage of its growth, and we are looking for the right person to help us build meaningful partnerships with educators, tutoring centres, courses, training institutions, and schools.
At Edvento, we prefer to see schools, teachers, and institutions not simply as “customers,” but as partners. Our goal is to work with people and organisations that believe in better digital learning, teacher empowerment, classroom engagement, and safe educational technology.
Edvento is an education-focused digital platform that allows teachers to create their own activities, quizzes, classes, assignments, and learning experiences. It supports assessment, classroom engagement, progress tracking, AI-supported preparation, and safe teacher-student interaction in one platform.
We are now opening a position for an:
Education Partnerships Specialist
This role is suitable for someone who understands education, enjoys communicating with teachers and school leaders, and can confidently introduce Edvento to different educational organisations.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a person who has a strong connection with education.
The ideal candidate should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
teaching,
tutoring,
teacher training,
school coordination,
educational technology,
course or training centre management,
educational sales or partnerships.
This position is not only about selling a product. It is about understanding teachers, explaining educational value, building trust, and helping institutions see how Edvento can support their daily work.
The candidate should be able to communicate professionally, learn digital tools quickly, explain ideas clearly, and build relationships with educators and decision-makers.
Selection Process: Edvento Partnership Readiness Challenge
Before final selection, candidates will complete an Edvento Partnership Readiness Challenge.
This is not an employment period. It is a selection and evaluation process designed to help us identify the right person for the role.
Selected candidates will receive temporary premium access to Edvento so they can explore the platform deeply and understand its educational value.
During this challenge, candidates will be expected to complete the following tasks:
1. Learn the Edvento platform deeply
The candidate must explore the website, understand its main functions, and learn how Edvento supports teachers, students, classes, activities, assignments, and learning progress.
2. Create one sample for each publicly available activity
Edvento is a universal educational platform designed for teachers from different subjects and levels.
For this reason, the candidate must create at least one original sample for each publicly available activity type on Edvento.
The purpose of this task is to make sure the candidate can confidently explain Edvento to teachers from different subject areas and show how the platform can be useful in different teaching situations.
3. Submit feedback about the platform
The candidate must send an email to:
[email protected]
The email should include:
at least 3 errors, bugs, shortcomings, or user experience problems found on the website,
at least 3 original improvement ideas for Edvento,
a short explanation of how these ideas could improve the platform.
This task helps us understand whether the candidate has investigated the platform carefully and can think critically about its future development.
4. Invite 10 active teachers to Edvento
The candidate must personally invite at least 10 active teachers to join Edvento.
These teachers should not only register, but also explore the platform and use it meaningfully.
This is an important requirement. If a person cannot introduce Edvento to 10 teachers while they are receiving free premium access, it will be difficult for that person to represent Edvento confidently to schools, courses, and educational organisations in the future.
5. Attend a short final confirmation interview
After completing the challenge, the candidate may be invited to a short final meeting.
This meeting may include a simple role-play conversation, such as explaining Edvento to a school principal, course director, or teacher group.
The purpose is to understand the candidate’s communication style, confidence, and professional approach.
Main Responsibilities After Selection
The selected Education Partnerships Specialist will work in two main development stages.
Stage 1: Local Education Partnerships
At this stage, the specialist will focus mainly on local growth and partnerships.
Responsibilities may include:
contacting local tutoring centres, courses, and training centres,
inviting online tutors and independent teachers to use Edvento,
introducing Edvento to educational communities,
contacting international schools in Azerbaijan where appropriate,
arranging introductory meetings and platform demonstrations,
helping new partner organisations understand how Edvento works,
supporting teachers during the first steps of platform adoption,
cooperating with Edvento Ambassadors when events, demonstrations, or training sessions are needed.
At this stage, the main focus is local partnership development and teacher-based growth.
Stage 2: Regional and International Partnerships
After successful local performance, the specialist may move into regional and international partnership development.
Responsibilities may include:
contacting schools and educational organisations outside Azerbaijan,
sending professional partnership emails,
arranging online meetings with school principals, directors, and management teams,
presenting Edvento to international education communities,
supporting onboarding for new partner schools,
coordinating teacher training sessions when needed,
working with Edvento Ambassadors as part of a wider support and training team.
For this stage, strong English communication skills will be important. Candidates who are strong locally but need to improve their English may first focus on local partnerships and later move into international responsibilities.
Payment and Growth
This position will begin with a performance-based structure.
The selected person may receive payment based on successful partnership outcomes, such as verified agreements, active institutional onboarding, or other clearly defined partnership results.
As the role develops and the person proves consistent success, the position may grow into a higher-level role, such as:
Senior Education Partnerships Specialist,
Local Education Partnerships Coordinator,
International Education Partnerships Specialist,
Regional Education Partnerships Manager.
We are looking for someone who can grow together with Edvento.
